These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Tech Tee Up website and your participation in Tech Tee Up events. By accessing our website or registering for an event, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using this website, submitting a registration, making a payment, or participating in a Tech Tee Up event, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or register for our events.

2. Event Participation

Registration for Tech Tee Up events is subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations at our discretion. By registering, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete personal information.
• Comply with the rules and code of conduct of the venue and event.
• Participate at your own risk and take responsibility for your own health and safety during the event.
• Follow any instructions given by event organisers and venue staff.

Tech Tee Up reserves the right to modify event schedules, venues, or formats due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to adverse weather, venue unavailability, or public health restrictions.

3. Payments and Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment provider. By making a payment, you agree to their terms of service in addition to ours.

• All prices are displayed in Euros and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• Refund requests must be made in writing to info@techteeup.com at least 14 days before the event date. Refunds are issued at the discretion of the organisers.
• Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless made in error, in which case please contact us promptly.
• If an event is cancelled by Tech Tee Up, registered participants will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to a future event.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Tech Tee Up or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

By attending a Tech Tee Up event, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed and/or filmed. These images and recordings may be used by Tech Tee Up for promotional purposes, including but not limited to social media, website content, press releases, and future event marketing. If you wish to opt out of photography or videography, please notify the event organisers on the day.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tech Tee Up is a volunteer-run charitable initiative. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We accept no liability for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property arising from your participation in our events, except where caused by our negligence.
• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or attendance at our events.
• Our total liability in connection with any event shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that event.

6. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using this website and registering for events, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the website or participation in events after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
